Our temporary sitter Kimberly did great with our new puppy Grace and was sad that she wouldn't be able to continue the puppy program with her due to her upcoming knee surgery. Your pet sitters have a lot of experience with animals including cats with health issues! I get text-updates and pictures of how they are doing while we're gone. I have used the same sitters 2 years in a row and have been so pleased with the care my cats received from both.

Candice is basically the cat whisperer. Our very shy cat, whose typical reaction to new people is to hide under the sofa until they go away, adores her. He came out and interacted with her on her very first visit, and now he rolls around on the floor asking for belly rubs when she comes. We have the videos to prove it. She sends photos and/or videos once a day to show us that he's doing well, and we're able to enjoy our vacation so much more as a result.
