I liked that Sean came to my house before we left on vacation to meet our dog. I like that he wrote everything done and made sure to go over everything, like watering the flowers and taking the garbage out. It was also great having Fetch because there were a few things that came up while we were gone, like big packages and our thermostat had issues, and Sean was able to help take care of them. We were very pleased with how Sean really took good care of our dog, Bailey, and will definitely be using Fetch again in the future.
Petsitters genuinely care about pets and provide constant feedback to let you know how your pets are doing. Additional services provided- such as bringing in mail, watering plants.
Caring and thoughtful care. Sitter was well groomed, respectful, and most important, wore a Fetch shirt to identify the company. Cats seemed well cared for.
The pet sitters are responsible and and communicate readily. I appreciate knowing what's going on with my pet when I'm away and the Fetch staff are very willing to text me and send photos of my pet so I know how she's doing while Im gone.

Very easy to sign up. Person coming to house was local. Contact made daily regarding what she did and how my cats were, brought in mail..rtc
Daily texts from Nancy were nice. She sent pictures of my kitties as they came out of their hiding places. It was good to share them with my daughter while we were away. I also really appreciated that she checked on my garden for me.
