Very flexible for my needs which are constantly changing and most importantly, they are able to handle last minute cancellations or additions with ease. I never notice any negative behavioral effects with my dog so my assumption is that she is very well taken care of and handled correctly. I never receive any complaints or issues from other people in my building so I also assume that there are never any problems with other residents or their animals. I honestly could not think of using another pet care service at this time.
I appreciate that Lorrie took the time to explain every details for a new customer like me, and provided customer reference for our cat sitter swiftly so the hiring decision was easy and straightforward. I can tell that Fetch! was trustworthy and honest business through our communication and interaction, and a much better choices than other pet sitting service websites. Our cat sitter arrived on time for the meet and greet, and seems very knowledgeable and responsible care taker for pets. It was comforting to receive our cat's picture from our cat sitter just to make sure that everything was alright, and the final report card from her (a written note) was a nice touch too. I would definitely use Fetch! in the future.
Fetch provides a level of flexibility which works wonders with our schedules. My work schedule is pretty consistent, but my boyfriend often gets called in with little notice and has unexpected issues to attend to, which makes planning walks for our puppy a challenge. Fetch is always willing to help at the last minute when we've had schedule changes, which is something we greatly appreciate. I would recommend the company to anyone I know - they are truly wonderful. Thank you so much!!

There is always a quick response, and I can count on coverage even when it's a last minute situation. Also, the sitters are always easy to work with and very thorough during their visits.
