Great friendly walkers who care about my dog
Fetch is consistently reliable, responds to questions, and we’ve had the same pet sitter for years (Mike). He is great with the dogs, they like him, and he likes them (another always easy…). Mike responds fast to unexpected delays too - our flight was maybe cancelled this last trip and he replied immediately to our text to ask if he could feed the dogs in the morning… then, a few hours later when we got on another flight, and we let him know we were coming home he replied he would skip and was glad we were coming home.
I very much like the lockbox concept too… we’ve never had Mike not able to come, but if he wasn’t, someone from Fetch could check on the dogs.
We feel comfortable that the dogs are well cared for when we’re gone. Highly recommend Fetch.

I do like the actual sitters, Cara and Janet are great. My biggest problem is availability. I try booking as far in advance as I possibly can, but there’s not always availability. When I am able to book someone I am confident that my pets are well cared for.

This was our first time using a pet sitting service and I could not be happier with the care our sweet cat Finn received. We had a meet and greet with Rachel and Sandra the week before we left and I was immediately comfortable with them both. Rachel took care of Finn while we were out of town and she was amazing. I also loved and looked forward to the daily journals she would send about Finn and their visit. I will definitely use them again!

We had the best experience ! Our first time to use Fetch linked us with 3 wonderful sitters who shared the multiple days/times we requested care for our dog. During the week, our dog became ill. The first dog sitter treated our dog like her own. We did end up coming home early to take care of our dog ourselves, but the sitter had done such a great job that he was well in his way to recovery.

We appreciate the photos and updates our sitter left with each visit. Alisiya was always on time and let us know when she was arriving and leaving. The frequent updates were reassuring that our pets were ok. Also, the pet areas were left clean and the house was secure.
