The sitter that was assigned to us, Ittai, was familiar with rodents and did a great job looking after our two degus while we were out of town. One of the degus had a bit of an irritated eye while we were gone, and Ittai immediately let us know and was very responsive while we tried to figure out the best course of action. It was a relief to know our pets were in good hands and also that someone would be keeping an eye on our house while we were gone.
The extra level of attention to detail; especially for my dogs, but also in communications, photos, fish/plant care and extras like mail, garbage, etc.
The cats were very well taken care of by Colin. I appreciated the pics of the cats and especially chuckled over the picture of the litter box with the smiley face! Would definitely recommend your services.

We were able to book on relatively short notice. We get the same sitter every time, which is helpful because one of our dogs gets very nervous around new people. The company is very responsive. When we had an error in our bill, it was fixed immediately even though it was Easter morning. I like being able to see when the pet sitter arrives and leaves and get pictures and notes.

Anna was great! First time I've used a pet service and it did not disappoint....my cat is diabetic so requires insulin shots twice a day..this was no problem for Anna....took such good care of my girl...will recommend them and use them again

We get a consistent walker who knows our dog so well. We get incredible pictures and a note about how the walk went. They always go the extra mile (cleaned up a doggy accident in the house, pulls in packages off the porch, dries off our pup after a rainy walk, gives extra belly rubs and encouragement when the weather is less inviting for a walk)! I felt it was a very personal and responsive service. I enjoyed the daily journals from our cat sitter and the ways in which he made the basic tasks of feeding and petting the cat sound different with each journal entry. The minor issue we encountered was responded to very quickly. Price was reasonable and the house was in good condition when we returned. Thank you!
