Donna and her team treat my pups as their own. I feel totally confident leaving by my two in their care. One is a senior dog who needs special care and meds and the other is a two year old who has a bit of anxiety and needs a little extra TLC. Both always look forward to their visits and greet Donna with true enthusiasm. I love getting the real time visit updates with wonderful pics and a map of the route.
We love Fetch! Every team member who has come into our home and cared for our pets has been outstanding. Hunter has become our regular dog walker and cat sitter and we feel 100% confident every time we leave our furry kids in their capable hands. Every task is done perfectly, neatly, and we always come home to a tidy kitchen island where all the food prep takes place. It's especially fun to receive daily journal entries while on vacation, including details of their visit and LOTS of adorable pet photos! Mike is the best! He not only takes care of our dog, but also our goats, our chickens, and our ducks! The best part is that they love him so much and the pictures he sends us reassure us that they are happy as can be, and make us feel much better about having to leave them at home while we go on vacation.

I loved everything about Fetch South Miami! I got two phone calls to collect information about both of my cats, and one was even from the manager himself. Once one of their workers signed up to take care of my cats, she and Anthony and the manager came over a few weeks before I left for an initial meeting with my kitties and to gain any information Vada (my pet sitter) would need for the time I was gone. She took notes throughout and got acquainted with my little ones. While I was away, I was provided with journal entries of everything that happened during the visit as well as pictures which I loved! Overall awesome experience and will be using Fetch (and Vada!) again. :)

I have used Fetch Care frequently for the boarding my dogs. Not only do Michele and Joe provide excellent care, but many extras as well. They get the care I would give them. They get the food as I would serve it and toys and healthy treats. Most importantly, I received consistent information on how they are doing, along with pictures, videos, and opportunities for my input. Dogs love being there. I would highly recommmend Fetch.
We have used Fetch for day time walks, as well as weeklong overnight services. This is the first service we have used that I never worry, and am 100% confident that Dozer is being well taken care of. The documentation that comes with every visit is available to us less than 30 minutes after completion of service. They are so detailed, and include pictures of our dog, as well as the walking route taken for that time period. Extra things are completed when we are gone for several days, like garbage take out/bring in and mail!
Our neighbors comment on how our dog sitter, Michael, is always there and seems to truly enjoy our dog. Knowing also that you have a direct line to the owner of the company means a lot too. She is thoughtful, and does a thorough inspection of the sitters that work for her/Fetch. This is a good company, that stands behind the pet sitters, and values their clients. Love them!
The time they are with my dog Axel they spend very good quality time they show him much attention and my dog loves that I wouldn't trade that for anything in the world she did a video one time and he just loved it and now I play the video and when he hears her voice he comes a runnin I love that Axel trust them and so do I
