So many things! I love that I have both a primary walker and a backup walker (previous services left me high and dry if my walker was unable to make it unexpectedly, which is a bummer when you are at work and can’t get home for 10 hours). I love the pictures after each visit and the map of how far my pup walked. I also like that I’m billed weekly, so it’s really easy to remember/confirm that I’m being billed correctly. Other services have monthly pre-paid billing and it was nearly impossible to keep up with what I had used and what was remaining. The scheduling process is simple, and it’s easy to see what I’ve booked. And our walkers have been truly wonderful-so thoughtful and caring. I would highly recommend Fetch! Twin Peaks!!

It's super easy to make reservations and requests are always confirmed very promptly. Great to see how our dog is doing through the photos and commentary provided. But best of all is the care our dog receives when he is at Fetch! He loves going there to see his friends, especially Sadie. He has a comfort level there that we did not find with previous caretakers. Sue and Cora are exceptionally knowledgeable and caring people and I am grateful to them for all they do for our dog and I'm sure all the others in their care.

Fetch is amazing! Our sitter Alyssa always takes several photos each visit, and I can tell our kitties love her and feel so comfortable with her. I look forward to seeing the photos and notes each day while I'm gone, and its so good to know they take such good care of our cats.

We love the reliability! It’s so important to us! And that your sitters are employees, not contractors. That gives us so much peace of mind. Our sitter, Connor, is fantastic! Always checks for our mail, even if we forgot to ask. He is so sweet with our girls, and very communicative! We love Connor, I hope he never leaves us!

Amy has a great relationship with my dogs. She also keeps an eye on the house, indoor and outdoor plants, and yard!
