I like that there is a backup if something happens to my sitter. And I like that there are pictures and checklists of what they did and that I can message them if there is a question or issue.

I really appreciate that there was an option to meet the sitter before they entered my home to take care of my pets. When I was initially researching pet sitting services, I contacted a service with outstanding client reviews who informed me that they would not send anyone to my home in person to meet me prior to pet care services. They suggested that I record videos to send to them to show them how to unlock doors, feed my pets, and tour my home.
I like that the sitter who took care of my pets while I was out of town also walks multiple dogs in my neighborhood, so I see them regularly on my street.
