It was apparent from the care-takers’ notes and photos that Conrad, our cat, was well taken care of and content while we were away. And that was what we wanted most.
I would have given Fetch-pet a score of 10 except for the litter box which, when we arrived home, had clearly not been cleaned out for some time ie., at least 4 poops and lots of pee that had begun to smell very badly.

What do you like about our services?

Our critters love Sandy and Patrick! We have inside pets and outside (chickens and goats) and Fetch is awesome with all of them. We love it when they send us a picture of our fur babies and we know that with Fetch our pets are in great hands. Thank you!

Kim took good care of our cats while we were gone. She was prompt and provided us with updates. It made us feel better to know that our fur children were being taken care of while we were gone.

Fetch has been such a great find since relocating to the Charlotte area. The team is responsive and considerate and simply go above and beyond for my fur babies. I never worry about them went I’m out of town. The daily visit journals come complete with photos and a location map. I will definitely continue to use and would gladly recommend Fetch!

James was awesome! Very nice and friendly when we did the walk through. I received notifications every day with pictures. His timing was perfect for my sweet kitties. I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend!

EVERYTHING!!
The personnel are great. Professional, timely, experienced. They all LOVE and care for our dogs, like we do, in our absence. They provide pictures and reports of each walk on the app. The app is easy to navigate. everything is itemized and clear and payment is easy.
They are so accommodating to scheduling needs and changes. I would not use any other service for walking or boarding or pet care. Dawn G.
