What I like is the most important thing......Tess ALWAYS cuts my hair PERFECTLY and exactly how I WANT it cut!!! (I've had stylists "decide" to cut it "different" and to "their liking" or something. I've NEVER had that done by Tess! I just get a perfect haircut EVERYTIME!) I had a financial disaster with the last hurricane and haircuts are a $$ expense I really "can cut"....but WON'T stop going to Tess even to "save money" because I know I won't get a perfect haircut from anyone, anywhere else.

The service is always great. Using the online app to get on the waiting list makes for a smooth experience with little wait time. The facilities are always spotless and the team is friendly and do great hair.
