I like being able to go on your app and schedule an appointment. Everyone of the staff, in the Tarpon Springs Center in Naples, Fl, that cut my hair were professional and friendly.

I enjoyed being able to buy 8 mvps in advance, this way my year was planned but was informed this is no longer available under new owners. Tis bogus owners that are new, total buzz kill. Bring it back! Did really enjoy Jen’s craftiness and getting me a solid cut n beard trim. Will go again, but real biggy $h!t - bring it back!

Quick and efficient.
The haircuts are always consistent regardless of who the technician is. What I did not like is the check - in site - it seems to have been designed by non - computer person. You cannot tell who the stylists are when you check in on - line,,and when they will be there. Note: Site recently changed - it is now worse then before.

Kara was awesome (as usual). The new changes to the website are positive (the performance is better) but the in-store app changes are.. not good.
I joined the wait list online and then went to the store. When I confirmed that I was on-site, I missed the change to the sign-in process and accidentally cancelled by wait status (I did not notice until ~30 minutes later). When I re-joined the wait list, I ended up having over an hour wait.. Why was there a change to the sign-in confirmation? Before, once I got to the store, the stylist would be automatically selected (since that is what was chosen online)???
Again, Kara did a great job which is why I just waited instead of leaving. If it were any other haircut chain store, I would have left and gone elsewhere.
Nataliya gave me a great haircut.She was fast precise and even that I have a very particular haircut she nailed it.She creates a great atmosphere and makes the procedure seamless.10/10
