Love the Ability to Book Online and see wait times ... however - biggest mistake Sports Clips made was to remove the names of the working stylists from the initial lookup at a facility. Most folks (myself included) develop a loyal working relationship with a particular stylist and simply won't book if they cannot see the stylist working on a particular shift day / time. Wish you would put that back into play ASAP
Great environment, stylist are all great and I got exactly what I asked for and the stylist even asked me if everything was good throughout the cut to ensure I was satisfied definitely 10/10 recommend this store.

Stylist did a great job - love my haircut!
I had a haircut earlier today at the Del Prado location with Justin. Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The cut I received was far from the image I showed him, which was from a previous haircut I've had. The fade was poorly done, and overall, I was very dissatisfied. To make matters worse, when I left the appointment, I still had hair all over me—so much that my wife thought they had missed spots. Since I'm in a wedding at the end of the week, I called the Pine Island location and spoke with Kassidy, who has cut my hair before. She was able to fit me in and gave me a much better haircut—I'm extremely pleased with the result. Although I initially chose the Del Prado location because of the shorter wait time, moving forward, I will gladly wait to see either Kassidy or Kimberly, as they have always gone the extra mile for me and consistently done a great job.

I asked about the Season Pass, which I purchase every six months, and was told they’ve been discontinued. Why is that? I’m happy to prepay if the overall cost is reduced!
