The staff is very friendly, they greet you when you walk in. The stylist Kim is always talkative and friendly. She makes sure to ask if you are satisfied and corrects any small issue like trimming my eyebrows. I always feel refreshed and pleased with the cut when I leave.
I brought my son into Sport Clips because we had no other choice. He liked going to traditional barbers in town, but they either didn't have any availability or they didn't do the right style. On this visit, the barber didn't do the desired style and my son was upset about it. I hopped online as we were leaving the barber and told him with were going to Sport Clips. He was apprehensive about it because how could women possibly be up to date on the current hair trends of high school students, right? Wrong. Emily brought him back to her chair, they discussed the picture my son showed her, and she fixed it. She was kind and professional, and I appreciated how she handled the sensitive topic of high school boys and their hair. As we left, my son told me we could go to Sport Clips from now on.

The quality of the entire experience! The Lady understood the details of what I wanted in the cut, was patient in listening to the details, and her experience, and skills were notable!
She was very 'soft' in the cut, not pulling, jerking, pushing, careful with the scissors, etc. And on top of that, She was amiable, calm, and relaxed helping me relax throughout the process. Quite a neat experience - congratulations!
