It's was a relatively short wait, Sami was very polite and professional about the services that were asked for. And she was very aware of a surgery that I recently had and she was very careful to not cause any discomfort.

I check the app and put my name on the list; I enter the shop and am warmly welcomed as I sign in. When called, I am offered a seat and the receipt shows how I have had my hair cut before. Asley gave me a great haircut, with just the right amount of positive interaction and conversation.
