Excellent service
My hair stylist Pattie was absolutely an amazing woman who did a great job with my free neck trim. However, there was an issue in the store where an alarm was going off and despite her and the manager and training's best efforts they were unable to get the sound to go away. I attempted to help them but nothing that we saw or tried would turn off the alarm. She contacted the regional manager as well as the property manager for the location and neither of them were helpful in assisting her and getting the alarm to shut off. She said this has never happened in the three years that she has been there and I wish they had more support from their district manager as well as a property managers in order to make customers in the future more comfortable. I had no problem with the alarms, but I know that other people may complain. I don't want these complaints to look bad on Pattie or the manager and training who was on staff at the time.
Using the app to sign in, almost eliminates waiting time. Haircut history minimizes retelling details of my haircut style and frequency. Stylist are efficient and very good.

Super clean, and the stylists are awesome! This is by far the best Sport Clips I’ve ever been to, and it’s become my regular spot. The staff is friendly, professional, and consistently does a great job. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great experience!
The salon is reasonably close to my residence, and the stylist that I see has been there for quite a while. She is always friendly (as are the remaining staff), she does a great job listening to what issues I may have experienced with a prior styling, and I always feel the job she does is terrific
