The staff are so kind and care about the dogs. I know my Pomski loves to stay at Dogtopia, and I'm always confidant that he's getting good care. I've been using Dogtopia for years, and will continue. I use the grooming part of the facility as well, and appreciate the compassion and care she has shown my dogs. One of them had become difficult to groom as he aged, but Shelby took him anyway. The desk staff take the time and care to discuss special needs or concerns and give great reports on how my dog did at daycare or overnight. I could go on, but I hope this let's you know how much I appreciate the care my dog(s) have received.
Great hours and friendly service
The staff is great -- always friendly and helpful. I know my dog is getting great care and the right stimulation to be active, and he's always worn out when he comes home. It's a great place

Stella always comes home ready to take a long nap. She’s been going to Dogtopia for over three years now and there has never been any incidents or injuries. She enjoys her time there and gets excited as soon as we get to 156 and Q street.
My pup Zeus loves going to dogtopia. He is usually there for boarding and the webcams are a nice way to see how he is doing. He is always happy and worn out when he makes it back home

The Staff is always super friendly and easy to talk with, either on the phone or in person. Our dog is always so excited to run in, and looks so happy on the webcams- which are so nice to have, by the way. It’s very reassuring to have a place for Chili that we know she loves when we have to be out of town.

My boys always love going to daycare. They had their first boarding experience and did well. Staff was great with them and gave me updates about their stay. Love being able to watch them play on the webcam.

The staff, lovation close to home, pricing is reasonable
We were boarding our dog and our travel plans were delayed so we could not pick up our dog before normal closing hours. The manager was so kind to return an hour after closing so we could pick up our dog. Wonderful service, thank you

The staff is awesome. When I drop my dogs off for daycare, the run to the staff members for morning hugs.
They love the dogs, and know them by name! The management is friendly, wants to do right by the customers, and is determined to make Dogtopia of NE Omaha function smoothly (although changing software packages sometimes makes that goal challenging).
Your services are affordable and your staff really cares. They are also very knowledgeable, answered any questions I had. Honest and upfront as well.

Everything!! The staff is knowledgeable and always friendly. Even when you can tell there’s a lot going on, they demonstrate patience and care. It’s a bit like kindergarten — celebrating birthdays, holidays, even sunny days! Even though there’s a scheduled “nap time”, my dog comes home worn out from playing and socializing with his dog buddies and getting lots of exercise. They offer a variety of plans to serve everyone: Mon - Fri, 2 days or 3 days/week and overnight boarding stays. Did I mention the groomers? Full grooming services are offered by appointment. (Shoutout to my favorite, Jenny!) My doodle & I love Dogtopia!
