I was very grateful that they were able to take my two dogs on very short notice when my power was out and did not charge me for the couple hours they were there. All the dogs I saw come in that were regulars were very very excited to come in there.

Everyone is so friendly and welcoming upon our arrival. And are quick to process Gigi and Lulu in. The Beauty Parlor (bathing, haircuts, nail clipping, etc.) does great work. And most of all, Manager Stephanie goes out of her way to accommodate our needs and fit us into their schedule.

Convenient hours and very patient and good with the animals. My lab was very excited when we arrived to pick her up

This was the first time Okie stayed at Dogtopia, and we feel very comfortable about bringing him back in the future.
We loved the webcam because we could check in to see how Okie was doing. It was especially nice when we saw that Okie was standing next to a staff member who was petting him. We know that he loves attention.
It is great that the dogs spend so much supervised time outdoors in the morning and afternoon.

They let you know when done, they call you if questions and they do a nice job with the grooming.

Amazing staff who take such wonderful care of our puppy

They take very good good care of my my baby and have patience with her when she can get hyper sometimes. But I think my baby is just so excited to go to daycare she knows we are getting close to the facility. Then she comes home worn out from having a full day of playtime and exercise.

Seems like it was well managed and they have good procedures in place for the dogs care.

I liked that my puppy was in a room with other puppies or smaller dogs so he wasn't so timid by the other dogs. He got to play with other dogs which doesn't happen very often!

The staff are always friendly. I like being able to view my dog playing while at the facility. My dog always seems happy there!

Friendly people work here. My dog is so excited to go in and play as soon as we arrive. If he felt unsafe he would try to turn around and run. When I leave my pup I know he will be well cared for and have a fun filled time!

I love how easy and convenient it was. I loved the cameras so much. The staff were amazing. Treated my dog so great! The report card was such a sweet surprise and truly was the best part!

I just wish it was communicated when the cameras turned off. Like I wish they would turn off once your dog was in bed and turned back on while they woke the dogs up.
