Thei instructors are really good. And you a have a variety of classes to choose from. My only request is to have more classes on the weekend and early morning classes during the week.

I love the San Mateo studio! This is my main studio, but I took a long break during pregnancy. I am so happy to be back now, and it is such a lifesaver to be here! The instructors, the studio atmosphere, and all the amenities make it the restorative experience that I need.

Instructor checked in with me during the session to make sure I was comfortable because I'm pregnant and need to do modifications for certain poses. She was also very friendly after the class.
