This studio has been a lifeline. Developing a new relationship with my body after having my second child has been a difficult journey, but the instructors at this studio have been so accommodating and encouraging. Coming to the studio has been the highlights of my days.
I like everything about CorePower Yoga. It just is the best studio in the country. There are so many options. It’s really about radical self care with opportunities to engage in diverse class offerings that promote strong bodies and bones and long lean muscles.
CorePower Yoga literally saved my son’s life. He found Yoga and your studio, and he goes almost every day. He encouraged me, and now I go, not as often but here’s the thing.

I like the facility, teachers and classes!
Love the space and the teachers. I appreciate that the sculpt early morning classes are at 6:15 MWF. 6:00 am would be even better. Many of us leave early because of early work schedules.
Also, could we please have an earlier sculpt class on Saturday and Sunday? Sculpt at 7am or 8:00 would be soooo much better. That way we still have all day for errands, fun, etc. When we get out of yoga at 10am, then have to shower —- it’s 11:00 at the earliest before we can move on with weekend plans.
