It would be great if there were more cameras in the rooms because there are some areas that can’t be seen. The past two times my dog was there I barely ever saw him, I assume because he was somewhere that the cameras did not show. I also wish that the cameras were always on instead of being turned off during nap time. Not sure why they are turned off, it’s not like they bother the dogs. The reason it would be helpful to have them on is because I would like to see if my dog is improving in the crate at daycare. I don’t want to board her yet until she is calmer in the crate, but with the cameras off I can’t tell if she is improving.

I was a little disappointed that there was only one caretaker in the City on customer appreciation day, there were WAY too many dogs in there for one person.

The staff was friendly, very helpful, and cared about my dog. They take the time to talk with you, even during drop-off and pick-p time which Im sure is a busy part of the day. Your services are all clearly and completely explained. I like the webcam which gives me an opportunity to peek in on my dogs playtime. This eliminates the worry and I can go about my day knowing that Casey is in good hands.

It peace of mind to know that my pup is well taken care of with love and patience!

How excited my dog acts the minute I drive up. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I can tell she loves everyone there. I love the video feature and to see how they pet and love on her whenever they walk past her(and the same with other dogs).

We loved how excited y’all were to greet Ivy and begin the process, as well as the friendliness at started with the phone call. It was like a breath of fresh air to be welcomed and have all my questions asked, and Brittany made it the conversation feel personable which I liked because my dog is my baby.
When we picked Ivy up after her meet and greet it was met with excitement and enthusiasm on y’alls end; telling us what a good girl she was and that y’all loved her! It melted my heart because Ivy is my world.

It seems like y’all truly care about all the pups that come into your store. And my Bella looked SO great when I picked her up from her spa day! I told my parents to take their pup, Stella, there and she came back looking amazing too!

Our dog had a great time on Saturday. We loved being able to see her on the cameras as well. It was fun to see her playing with the other dogs.

Dogtopia exceeded my expectations. Being a new dog owner, I really wanted my pup to have the opportunity to play and interact with other pups; all without worry.

Dogtopia staff was so friendly and very prompt to greet you and get you all checked in. My Doc didn't forward the records prior to the visit which caused a delay. But, the staff handled that very well and with patience.

Best of all, my Pup's first day was free! I was not expecting that at all. I could tell he had a blast. We will be back next weekend as I plan on making this his new daycare while i'm out running weekend errands. :)

Absolutely love Dogtopia! My baby came home and fell right asleep! He was occupied all day by the other dogs!! I do wish they did more activities with them throughout the day like idk “brain games” or toys or took them outside for a swim. But it’s just my dogs 1st day I’m sure they will do more fun stuff like that!!

The flexibility and availability are great. The staff is extremely caring and polite. My dog is so excited to go he starts getting vocal 4 block away.

Everyone has been great. They are friendly, professional, always helpful. Rooms are always clean and I like being able to watch my dog play. I like the canine coaches interaction with the puppies.

They were so sweet to my baby! I loved the way they are so thorough in making sure all the dogs are happy and friendly!

From the beginning the staff has been friendly and professional, we enjoy the webcam service as we are able to check in on our dogs during the day to see them being taken care of. Sometimes we find the staff giving them that attention we hope they get away from home. The spa option has been a new favorite go to for one of our dogs to help us keep up her grooming needs. Our favorite part of Dogtopia is the special activities that bring joy to our dogs and us!
