Very helpful and nice!

Very warm welcome for my puppy who was nervous for his first daycare experience. I feel the staff really loves what they do and they gave me so much helpful information on what to expect. Have already recommended to another friend with a puppy!

I like the fact that you have events going on every day and when my dog comes home from doggie daycare he is tired. However I would like to see him playing outside on the camera more than inside while the weather is not that cold.

Everything! Y’all are always so personable and professional, and are the only place I trust to take my pup aside from my vet! I am EXTREMELY picky as Ivy has immune sensitivities, and y’all always ease my worries as well as answer my slew of questions!

Great staff! Friendly and more importantly, my dogs like them. They like it there and it’s obvious they enjoy the socialization.

I was very pleased with the job Amanda, the groomer, did on my dogs. Shelties have a lot of hair and she did a great job. All of the staff was very friendly.

The groomer did an excellent job on both of my dogs. I’ve tried others but they are the best. Highly recommend them.

Everyone is so nice and I love being able to watch my dog on camera just to check in here and there .Prices are not too bad either !

We had just moved to the area, and didn’t know where to go for a grooming but decided to give this place a chance. We were very happy with our dog’s grooming. She looks great, and we feel comfortable coming back.

I loved the exclusivity. I felt that the paper work was very detailed and it made me feel like there is a level of expectation in each dog and in each pet owner to be able to receive services there. Gwynn was so happy when I picked her up which was so refreshing for me. Thank you.

We had a great experience at Dogtopia of McKinney! Our 120 lb Bernese Mountain dog had never been groomed before (I know, bad us!). It was a great experience, timely, professional, clean, and he came out looking wonderful! Highly recommend!
