It a great place to get a hair cut
Products are not bad but most of them I do not use. The women working at Sports Clip are always friendly and make an effort to have the customer relax. However, there are constant errors made of my profile in terms of how I like and have had my haircut previous appointments. These errors have occurred at least three times in the last 6 to 8 months. I hope this can be corrected once and for all.
I have liked my haircuts 80% of the time but will continue to get my haircuts at Sport Clips. It is a convenient location for me.
I don’t use your products
I was welcomed in with nice smiles from both store associates, and was helped in a timely manner. Staff was very friendly and did an excellent job in helping me with a new haircut. Also showed me a few hair products that helped with my hair type. Excellent customer service and workers, I will definitely be back and recommending.

I like being able to catch the score while I get a haircut. And your stylists tend to be very friendly.
I appreciate the ability to call in for an appointment. Additionally, I really appreciate the good notes taken on how I like my hair cut and the fact that each of your staff reviews those notes with me before setting about to cut my hair. Finally, I like being able to come by to have my neck cleaned up between haircuts.

Allows Great Service! I've was looking for a new place to get my haircut and found Sports Clips by accident. I've been going now for about 2 years and have never walked out satisfied with the service. The staff is always nice and greets with with a warm welcome. They ask what you are looking for in a haircut and keep record of past cuts so it takes the guess work out of it. I've been extremely happy with the service and would recommend Sports Clips to my buddies. Really like the on-line check-in process.
