I liked how convenient the check-in was, I was able to check and go to another store knowing what time I needed to be back. I was back on time but I did get a reminder which was good to know. My stylist Jen was very friendly and did a great job on my hair!
The products you sell are of great quality, the service I receive at your establishment is always top notch, the staff is always friendly and in good spirits. Not just Kayli that cuts my hair but her whole staff know me by name and make me feel like family when I come in.

I like that MVP gives me a chance to feel the product in my hair so I know what I'm purchasing. It makes a huge difference. I never bought product from the other salons I went to since that wasn't an option.
