I love being able to check-in on the app and request my favorite stylist, Jenn M! This gives me just enough control of my schedule. I have an unpredictable job and have a hard time making regular appointments at other places. Your drop-in policy and now check-ins on the app are, shall we say “game changing”. While I like Jenn M most, I know if I switch to another I will always get a quality cut. Keep up the good work.

I liked how convenient the check-in was, I was able to check and go to another store knowing what time I needed to be back. I was back on time but I did get a reminder which was good to know. My stylist Jen was very friendly and did a great job on my hair!
The products you sell are of great quality, the service I receive at your establishment is always top notch, the staff is always friendly and in good spirits. Not just Kayli that cuts my hair but her whole staff know me by name and make me feel like family when I come in.
