How friendly the staff is
Never had such a relaxed feeling with the warm wrap on the face, with a message chair going on with my back and shoulders, and then a nice scalp massage and shampoo. Sent chills through my body.

Convenient location with friendly staff
Skylar was my stylist this last time I went in. My usual location is on Thornydale, but they happend to be closed on the day I wanted to get my hair cut.
So I decided to do a quick Google search and saw the Cortaro, location was open. Skylar did a phenomenal, job with my hair updated my notes, sold me on some products, to try for my grooming rituals.
I had a really good experience there and may give that location a second try. Skylar ensured I had some referral cards before I left and I shared those with my friends.
I was really impressed about her knowledge of the products she was selling and the knowledge of her trade craft. All in all very good things to say.

Stylist are always friendly and cut my hair exactly the way I asked them to. With the online check-in, I never have to wait. I always get in at my scheduled time. My haircuts are quick in and out, which I like on busy days that I can still get a haircut.
