Always friendly and good hair cuts
Jennifer has been cutting my hair for a year or more. Her customer service skills are exceptional, holds pleasant and meaningful conversations throughout the cut and always meets my high expectations of quality at the end. She provides all relative information and suggestions and has helped me in my hair care routine.
I love Sports clips, I was disappointed this time though. It still wouldnt keep me from recmmending it for now.
I was never asked what I wanted and Ingot the basic when I wanted the full treatment. During the cut she asked if I wanted a shampoo, and she didnt talk much. By the time she aske I just wanted to be done, so you missed out on additional sales, cuz i wanted shampoo and face towel ect.
After the cut ahe didnt ask if i needed product, obviously didnt read my profile from my past appointments cuz I buy product everytime and I needed some bad, so i stopped and got product somewhere else. I forgot I needed some til I left, but had she asked. I also tipped her half of what I normally tip due to me not getting the face towel ect. she also gave me a high and tight cut when i asked for a fade. Not a bad experience Just not what I generally get from the team there normally. Still She had a great smile, but didnt seem like she was all there that day.
