I gave a 10 because of how awesome Susan is. She really knows how to do a fantastic job, and her talent for cutting hair is why I keep coming back. You need a store full of Susans lol. She's the best, and if I'm being honest, she's been the only one who has consistently done a good job on my hair every time she cuts it. I've had others in that store who did a horrific job, to the point where I didn't go to Sports Clips for over a year. Susan is the best, and the reason I now recommend Sports Clips.

Please ensure that your Oro Valley staff remembers that store now opens at 8:55am versus 9am....otherwise a good experience. You might want to have a bench placed outside for us early birds to sit while we wait for the store to open. Alisha did a great job with my haircut.

Everything was great
All sport clips in tucson are hit and miss. Much more Miss than HIT on the haircuts, but that seems to be par for the course in all har places in tucson. The service is good at sport clips.
Jean is older and more experienced than most of the Sport clips stylists, and much more capable of doing haircuts. the rest of the stylists only seem to be able to do one type of cut.
I will only go to sport clips if I desperate enough, or if I see that Jean is working then I know I can get an actual cut by a real stylist. Otherwise i'm walking out looking like everyone else.
