My most recent experience, has made it possible for me to return as a customer in good faith. My previous visit, before this one I am reviewing, was so disappointing that I had sworn off any future visit to sport clips. That previous experience was made so negative because, though I - the customer - took extra effort to confirm that the stylist had access to my history of styling preferences, the stylist chose not to follow the directions given. Having found a stylist, Lilly, who demonstrated highly effective communication skills and outstanding customer service skills, has brought me back.

I mean this as an absolute compliment, it reminds me of chipotle, where you can visit any location and the standards and the service and the product is exactly the same everywhere. You know at chipotle your getting the same thing everytime whether location or person doing it and that’s how I feel about you guys.
