The service is always on par but the app is not. My last visit after signing in on the app was disappointing because the the time kept changing and when I arrived at my listed time it has suddenly changed and had to wait another 35 minute's. I feel like the app is not always accurate and could use some work.

It was very unfortunate that there was only one person working on Nov 11. He was having to greet, use the register, and do all the haircuts. That man didn't have a spare second, and there were quite a few customers waiting, myself included.
Because of this, the entire trip to Sport Clips took a LOT longer than it should have, and your employee
was not able to fully focus on each customer as he was cutting their hair.
This was the only time that I have been to Sport Clips when things were not operating smoothly and efficiently.
I think that the one associate that was working did an outstanding job, given the circumstances, but it would have been better if he had teammates to help him out.
