The service at Sport Clips is outstanding! The hair stylists all make you feel very welcome and appreciated. I love the MVP service. The head massage while they wash your hair, the hot or cold towel afterwards, the shoulder massage, all make you feel spoiled! They also sell some great hair care products. I love the fact that you can go back for a free neck trim if you return within 30 days of your haircut. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a haircut!

Hey, that reservation system is still a mess. I wanted to be first in line when the store opened. I last heard the app opens 5 minutes before the store does. I was in the store and in a chair talking my haircut when my phone beeped and the app "came on line". You really should fire the app company.
