What could we do to improve?

Stylist was great: little wait and received the cut I wanted. Online check-in confused me a bit. I understand not having appointments, but it was a little frustrating to have the wait time jump from 0 minutes when I left home to 30+ minutes by the time I arrived a few minutes later.
