How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Receive the full MVP service as part of my MVP ticket package, been using the service for years. My girlfriend had to go through and trim up the back of my neck and a couple other spots on top that were fairly uneven.

My haircut is a simple buzzer job and took less than 10 min but I paid as much as the guy in front of me that took over 30 min. Too expensive for what it is.
