its only been a week, but i have enjoyed my 30 min workout last week for two days. Plus Zumba on saturday morning was great. The insturctor was ellexcitant and knowledable in instructing us. I will be back for Thursday Zumba class. I love the atmosphere and all the customer service people are willing to assist. and clean. thank you for all you guys do.

The yoga exercises
I like the FOREVER Wellness and the exercise room. It keeps me moving. I enjoyed the gathering with all the YMCA 's dance teams.

I love the Pickleball, Yoga, Fitness Room with treadmill, weights, etc. The Camp Cullen, Dancing with the Silver Stars, Bingo, Pot Luck, and the HISD Sunrise Center.
I would like to have field trips such as local museums, art galleries, the Assemble, movies theaters, classes for learning different instruments, bowling, putt-putt golf, and some Plays.
We have so much talent amongst our retired seniors and others. It would be interesting to Spotlight them and learn about their gifts. They might could teach us a thing or two.
Convenience, love the senior group exercises and communication. The welcomeness and wellness environment.
The easy access to the use of a treadmill. It is really helping me physically and mentally.

Friendly, courteous, professional staff, clean gym exercise equipment, free coffee, many helpful program options for our community, and 3rd-Friday of month free food give aways.
