The staff is great and the large variety of programs and activities.
Right now I only use the exercise and weight room. And for me, right now it is all that I am looking for.

I used to like the field trips you had for seniors but you don't have them anymore. That's very disappointing.
The program’s are great !! I would love to see the West Orem YMCA open 7 days a week. That would be a great benefit to me because I perform better at the YMCA.

I partake in water exercise. Tuesday at 6:30 pm. Instructor Shavon L is very knowledgeable and helpful while in her class. I wish this location get more information out via social media regarding services and activities. Spoke to Mgr and promised flyers. Speaking to fellow seniors ...they think this location is still closed. Calling takes more than one call to get an answer. The staff could be more knowledgeable about services and programs. I drive all over town to find YMCA to water classes. Also, whats posted on line at West Orem Family YMCA is not always updated. This location is well kept. Clean and pool are satisfactory. Staff always friendly.
I'm only there twice a week for the senior classes,I really do enjoy the class the class is really growing and instructor has a lot of patience with all of us and make sure that we know exactly what we need to do correctly.
I like the exercise classes and pickleball.
There is a variety of programs for all ages, the amenities are nice and well maintained.
The gym is always clean, staff is friendly and helpful, but could use some updated gym equipment. Several out of order signs on the equipment, the most frequent used equipment is worn and tattered.
The facility is kept clean, though out-of-service equipment is not timely attended to.
Great facility; friendly staff and I enjoy the classes.

I use the gym in the evening. I appreciate the good equipment provided. However, I had to leave early because the place got too hot. That’s happened a number of times. They have started to lower the shade, which helps.

I am a Senior Citizen and enjoy the Y being in close vicinity to my place of residence . I can walk to the Y! Plus I need the exercises.
I like the YMCA on Orem
It needs to have AC fixed in the weight room,
It is just to hot in room with activity going on,
Please have someone get it fixed!!!!!
The cardio and Zumba classes are offered mornings or evenings which allows me to tend to personal demands and still catch a class when I can get there.
