.I like senior exercise programs.
I wish it had longer hours of business and that gym was bigger.
I have not participated in either. I used the workout room. I have not have to wait to use the elliptical and I'm normally there 3-5 days a week.

Love that the machines are kept in working order.
Do not like paper towels are stuffed in cup holders by the customers. They use and never remove. Should be a sign stating to "remove paper towels after you clean off machines."
Do Not like the calf exercise equipment was removed and changed for something to complicated to use.
I like the exercise for the seniors. Rachael is a good instructor and I hope she would continue with our group "The Silver Sneakers @ Palm Center.

Would like more classes for young adults
I enjoy Yoga, the treadmill and socializing while drinking coffee.
I love the classes and instructors because they have a special bond with their members and they change the class routines to keep it interesting and relevant to everyone, even for those that have disabilities. I love the musical presentations that is very appealing and keeps us wanting to keep our bodies in motion throughout the class.

I go to the Texans Y only for treadmill, so I know nothing about your other programs. But I think the people who work the front desk are some of the best people I've ever dealt with. They are always helpful and friendly. They are the best.
