Very friendly staff and programs suitable for me (age 69)
We love the classes and childcare available to us. We do wish that the childcare lasted a bit longer during the week as my husband works nights so he has to wake up pretty early for him to be able to get a workout in before the childcare is over at 12

I use the machines and elliptical only. I do not participate in classes as my schedule is always changing.
I would like to voice my concerns about the lack of tv services for the elliptical machines. I try to use UTUBE but it can be very difficult to access and use.
The staff is very open and friendly and helpful!
More senior classes
Love aquatics and pretty much all zumba instructors, and yoga instructors
I enjoy zumba and line dancing. There should be more total body workout and pilates classes. Also wish there is earlier afternoon classes.

My husband and I are really enjoying the Silver Sneakers classes on Mondays and Wednesdays. Both instructors provide a good exercise session that are doable for us senior citizens. They are energetic and cheerful during our classes. We feel energized after the classes. And in fact the classes have motivated us to continue in improving our health and we are also walking 1 mile 3 to 4 days each week now.

Great welcoming environment and lots of variety in classes.
Just started, but staff is friendly and other members are friendly and a pleasure to be around
