What do you like about our programs and activities ?

Love the group fitness classes and instructors, who are amazing. In particular, I just love Ezinne, Mariana, Erika, and Cindy! They go out of their way to connect with their students.

I like the facility, the ability to view the Tae Kwon Do class outside of the room, the TV screens with ability to connect to Netflix, etc. on the treadmills, and the staff are pleasant.

I use the fitness center 3 to 4 times a week. I appreciate the attention and kindness of the staff and the cleanness of the facility.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I like the 4:30 body pump time! The instructors are awesome and that time frame works best for me to get a workout in and still have time to eat and get my small children in bed at a reasonable time.

Friendly, accommodating staff. Helpful to new members, clean facilities. Many different programs to choose from. Access to personal trainers. Beautiful water elements for children.
