What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I like the yoga and body flow classes. Would be nice if Saturday 10:10 am yoga class were in the gym. Studio is crowded. Nothing is scheduled in gym at that time.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

Great classes - I love body combat. The childcare area is fun for my kids and the workers are so friendly and inviting. My kids love it there.

Awesome facility. Devices are well spaced for Covid safety. Equipment is new and diverse. Love it.

Activity Leaders are prepared and motivating.

Like the space and location. Programs ?- haven't been able to participate much yet. Would love to see a SIT in the chair yoga class. Like Tai chi when I'm able.

I love the variety of classes, the quality of instructors and the cleanliness of the facilities

I would like more live classes to be offered on the weekends. I do not enjoy the virtual classes.

All the instructors are very knowledgeable in all the classes that I have taken. They are very patient explain to me in detail. Facility is always clean, bathrooms and showers. Front desk employees always greet me very nice and respectful.
