The CSI and HIIT classes are done well for a good morning workout.
The Les Mills programs rate as the top programs in my opinion. They are tried and true and proven to hold instructors accountable to a performance driven outcome. It would be of great benefit to try to recruit more body combat instructors and add back that Monday class that was cancelled when the instructor left.

The sound system in studio 1 is very bad. A new system is warranted since fixing the old one never works.

Facility and equipment are good. Personal trainer (Valerie) is excellent.

The staff and instructors are so kind, passionate, knowledgeable and the Y feels like home to me! The membera love ttensing because you all make it auch a great place to be. I couldnt imagine my life without my Y family.
I really appreciate Child Watch. The staff really cares about our son, and they're always looking out for us...encouraging us along the way. It's a great feeling knowing that you're helping us raise our son.
The facilities are great -- especially the large "open" room. If I may, maybe you can add one stationary bike along one of the walls?

From the time you enter the facility, you feel welcomed. The personally are professional and engaging. They always take as much time as you need to answer any question. The facility is clean and orderly. If something needs attention, the attendant gets right on it. Great facility with Great People.
Diversity of programs and staff, excellent instructors, kind and engaged staff, all Y staff and instructors are passionate. I travel allover and go to Ys everywhere I travelto, and there is something special about Branch Crossing- such a sense of family and community. I absolutely love it!
I like the Senior programs such as Silver Sneakers. I wish there was balance classes at Branch Crossing.
