Great group classes
I was really intimidated to take swim classes as an adult. I knew the basics, but no one ever taught me how to properly swim for exercise. The YMCA has a robust curriculum for swimming skills, and plenty of options for convenient lesson times. My instructor was super knowledgeable and patient. By the end of my lessons, I was a completely different swimmer, and I have been able to incorporate swimming into my regular workout routine. I am so grateful to the YMCA for offering a judgment free and welcoming environment to learn a new skill, regardless of age.
Everything!! It’s especially nice that you let children come with their parents while they exercise!! I love their chapel & also love the option that some ladies have a Bible study after their exercise class!!

I have not participated in any of YMCA programs or activities. I like the weight-lifting equipment at the Y.

pickleball on weekday mornings
5:00 am spin class needs to go back to first to arrive, first to ride basis. If you cannot show up on time you should not be able to show up late and ride just because you made a reservation.
I like the Senior program, Line Dance, Silver Sneakers, and Senior Trips!
