Zumba with Dalila. I follow her between Main Street and Monty Ballard. Never miss a class. Only wish we had more classes with her.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I love the Yoga classes! As well as Pilates, Core and Zumba or any dance classes. Being social in a group class is very motivating and important to me. I have made lasting friendships in these classes.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

Gwen's BodyCombat is so empowering! I loved going to her class, following up with core training, rinsing off in the showers, getting my daughter from childcare, and then going swimming with her.

Programs and activities are fun. There’s a variety of activities to do, and something for everyone. Convenient times available. Staff helpful and friendly. Very clean facilities.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

Love that there is so many classes to choose. My favorite is the spin classes and the the teachers are awesome. Also like that they have pickleball there.

the people who man the front desk are friendly and helpful, Love the instructors that I have for Silver Sneakers on Monday and Friday.
