Someone had said pickleball lessons were available, but I haven't been able to find them on the website.
Wish the info on classes, lessons, and times were updated in a timely manner and were more transparent and easily accessible.

Everyone at the facility is extremely courteous, caring, and friendly. Enjoy working there for not being too crowded.
I love the classes. Yoga, pop pilates, body balance, zumba, core, tone, all of them. It would be great to have a beginners class/training for pickleball. I want to play, but I don't understand the rules, procedures, or scoring. I'm in Katy, mostly go to Katy Main Street location. Or Montey Ballard.

The silver sneakers program is awesome! The instructors of the program are great, friendly, enthusiastic and entertaining!

We primarily joined for the Silver Sneakers classes, which have the right amount of exercise for seniors like us.
Love the variety of group classes and the daycare that makes it possible for me to workout. Thank you for allowing me to prioritize my health!

Great instructors for are exercise class at 11.30. Friendly staff throughout the gym. Great front desk personnel. I highly recommend both location that I go to 😍

The instructors for the senior classes are so caring snd knowledgable.
I only attend the Silver Sneakers class. And although I prefer some instructors over others due to their attention to identifying correct form and challenging us to push ourselves (why else would we be there?), I really appreciate the Y realizing how important this class is.
