I like the time availability and options for the classes. I specifically go to body pump and sprint cycling class, and I have already seen changes in my strength and body trim in just the 3 months I’ve been working out.

I haven't participated in any programs or activities at the Katy Main Street Y; however, the staff there is awesome. Marcia, James, Tami and Nick are always friendly, courteous and a joy to talk to. They are always willing to help if ever I need assistance. A great group of people.

Love the Pilates and yoga as well as body pump
I love the variety of the group exercise programs. I attend yoga, mat pilates, bodyblow, and barre classes, so you never get bored and have something fun everyday of the week
My daughter really likes her swim instructor, Anna and is doing very well in her two week class. The group activity instructors are awesome for Body Attack and Body Pump.
