What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I love Jackie’s Zumba Gold class. I wish she had more classes as I would attend all of them.

I would like to see your AOA classes more advanced like Laura’s class at Monty Ballard. They are catered more to Silver Sneakers. Need to be more like Jackie and Laura’s classes for me and many others.

I enjoy the RPM and Sprint classes. My wife enjoys the exercise equipment.

I love the classes. Hoping in the future you are able to get a yoga class at 5:05 am so I can go before work. Just an idea :)

I came because of Silver Sneakers. Love the friendliness and enthusiasm. I feel better, have more energy, and am pleased with my progress. The trainers are super.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

The main reason I go to this Ymca location is because of their management and staff’s ability to display and uphold great customer care, facility cleanliness, equipment care, staff care values, prompt resolution to matters, and an overall spirit of excellence that I don’t see in the other nearby YMCAs.
Keep up the innovative, customer friendly and agile business model!
I want to highlight and provide kudos to your front desk and weight room personnel for their consistent friendliness and care of the facility.
The Director of this location is doing a great job!
