Wide variety of group classes and times to choose from. Very friendly and clean environment.
We love the classes for seniors that are offered. The instructors, such as Ellen Johnson, Cindy Samudio, Ruth Blick are fantastic. The AOA coordinator, Ginger Swallow is amazing, always finding such enjoyable activities for us to attend. Ginger has also instituted a monthly potluck which is very much enjoyed by everyone as it is a time one can share a meal and enjoy the company of other seniors. Kudos for having such great people on board!!
The only drawback is the parking!!! Almost impossible to find parking at times.
I primarily use the facility to exercise and the amount and type of exercise equipment meets my need.
So many classes to chose from at all times of day and daycare hours to fit the classes
I like the variety of classes offered and that my daughter wants to come and play in the children’s area.

The room at the end of the Y is ghastly small & gets stuffy humid breathless, has a tiled floor with high humidity floor that sweats & gets slick (several elder folks have fallen and more will) , is too small for seniorsize participants to spread out and move. Y instructors know already that it is inevitable for some person to eventually fall backward over the platies equipment in that back and be seriously injured. When that eventual injury happens, saying we alerted you is insufficient. One of us has already had an occasion of a near fall back on the platies frames. The other one of us has started trying to not attend an go up to the upstairs to find alternatives, or not go at all. However there is no good alternative to Seniorsize' good fast moving for old exercisers to get joints moving and aide in flexibility, movement, balance, gait, speed, etc.. . Just warning about a very bad dangerous hazard does not remove the hazard. We filled a basketball court sized wood floored room before the flood & rebuild. And now there are mostly unused rooms in that hall with seniorsize stuck in that room. Seniorsize should be in the large basketball court room since silver sneakers is in the only other suitable room already (they are too large a group to move).
We highly recommend the Y as there is no better alternative but the Seniorsize room is just deplorable.

The variety
Zumba by margarita is my favorite I just wish she had an earlier class as my friend and I have a m-f 8 am kinda routine and it’s so hard to come back for Margaritas 10:45 class especially with a 4 year old.
The kids club is hands down amazing and my daughter loves loves going everyday .
We probably only use 10% of our y membership but love it so much
The childcare is top notch and I love the active classes!
We need another TRX yoga class and Tai chi class. With only 1 a week the TRX class has limited capacity, and if pine misses a Tai Chi class there's no option to catch up!

More than enough for everyone at every level with the capacity and willingness to consider new ideas. Leadership and trainers/instructors are the best!

I love your water aerobics.
Childcare, cleanliness, variety of machines and classes, and indoor pool.
There is such a diversity (of ages, races, and ability) of the members, that it makes me feel comfortable and motivated.
I like that the programs are always going on. No matter what time of day I have available there is always a class, even if it's a virtual class.
The instructors have been nice, welcoming, and helpful.
I'm appreciative of the updates you've made and how you've opened the additional exercise rooms throughout the day.
