Especially like the senior trips,events(guest speakers etc.) bingo wonderful way for seniors to get out and meet friends Woman in charge Ginger Swallow does a great job handling all these activities
I love almost all the classes and three of your instructors are excellent and go beyond.Ellen, Karen and Kaitlin are wonderful and make the extra effort.
Variety
I am a regular at the pool every day . Sarah does a great job along with the lifeguards . Group X instructors are the best . I appreciate the Y !!
The exercise classes are varied and work very well for many age groups. The environment is friendly and helpful.
Senior activities, Ginger does a great job. Conner Quinn is always available for questions. The senior exercise is great , thanks to Elfi Stanzel and Ellen Johnson.
There are many good things to say that I will narrow it these. The Y has so much to offer in so many activities to the community and individuals. It is wonderful to experience physically, spiritually and emotionally. The staff, instructors and equipment support and make up this wonderful environment for wellness.
Level of workout, consistency
I’m just doing the yoga classes now! The facility is very clean and organized. People at the front desk are very friendly 👍
