There is some type of exercise for everyone of all ages.
We are taking swim lessons with Madi and she is helping my 5 year old overcome his fear of water.
The time schedules fit very well with the older crowd. The instructors are very well qualified to conduct classes that people want to attend. The classes are just right for the rooms that they are conducted in most times but sometimes they are over saturated with attendees.

Coming to the Y is beneficial to my health. The programs are so versatile and the trainers are very helpful and friendly. I come not feeling well and leave feeling better.

The instructors are the best. John, Eliot, and Richard are outstanding. They provide a great program for seniors and others. Mike the trainer in the machine room is very knowledgeable about the exercises that help develop stronger bodies.

The Y has a lot of classes suited for just about everyone. The instructors are very good. The only thing I would change, in the summertime, is to stagger the class start times by 10 minutes so everyone can find parking and be on time for class. Parking is usually not a problem other than summertime.
