As an active senior, I love the choice of classes that are challenging and modifiable for my fitness level. The instructors keep me motivated, provide excellent tips on form and the best - they're FUN.

The facility is warm and friendly. There are enough classes to choose from with excellent instructors. I have made good friends there.

I like the exercise classes, the cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, and am hoping to get my son's family connected so I can take the grands to some of the little kid classes like basketball and soccer. I am a fairly new member, but I feel at home already.
It's an affordable, clean and safe space for my kids and I to stay in shape!

Great kids activities and group exercise classes. Also love that the pool is heated and open often!
You hours of operatipn on sunday are terrible..why open at noon? Many of us like to get up and go in the morning.
I love the midday classes. I hear that some changes will be made to schedules and I really hope that there will still be a variety of classes at lunch time. That is usually the only time that I can go!
