Great instrunter
The water aerobics program is great, with dedicated water instructors who provide a nice variety of class offerings six days per week!
It’s very mild as in not as strict for one who are trying to learn the basics of playing soccer , my boy of age 8 enjoyed it .
Lots of programs for most everyone. Children, teenagers and lots to do for older adults. All kinds of activities for everyone.
I like the group exercises. I just took a class from Toanne and think she is the first yoga teacher who has made me laugh.

There should now classes available at different times for people who can't do morning or evenings. Maybe have some available during lunch times.

At present I do not participate in any programs or activities. I use the workout area twice a week and am quite satisfied with the equipment, the atmosphere, the cleanliness, and the staff. Great job!

I really appreciate the child care. That's the only program I've participated in so far.
I love the classes - great instructors and variety. My favorite part of it all is the child watch! Those teachers are AMAZING and my kids love going there.
I love my Y. It is well equipped and always super clean. The staff is friendly and very supportive. I like that it is a family place with people of all ages. I also love my trainer Wendy who makes every session different and fun.

Ms Deborah and her team in the child watch do an AWESOME job every day with my kids while I workout. The team goes above and beyond to make each day special and a little different with their activities.

I just joined this month.
Started with a great Tai Chi class. Can't wait to get good at it.
Looking out the big windows to a pool I look forward to using over the winter for my solo exercises.
Tried out the machines and am actually going to enjoy them also.
Staff has been lovely and the facilities are clean, well lit and beautifully maintained. Equipment is up to date and in excellent condition.
I like the schedules, which are easily accessible for a retired person, and look forward to trying a few more courses
