The group exercise classes
I like that you have programs that are appropriate for all ages, especially those of us who are older. I really like that these programs are offered at different times during the day, so we can work around our busy schedules. The teachers I have encountered are all exceptional, and are so willing to talk after of before class to address individual needs

Weight rooms are good so is the pool. What would be nice is to have small lunch area where one can get som warm foods
No question about it our instructor Laura is the main reason I keep coming back. She is outstanding! The AOA class is always full (have to come early in order to have a spot to stand). She gives alternative choices in her exercise program should u not be able to do a certain move. Also, I like she explains the benefit of doing a particular move. She makes exercising fun and we do a lot of laughing.
The front desk are always very polite and willing to answer any questions and not make you feel they are dumb questions.
The staff at this location is excellent. Thanks for all the assistance when we visit.
