Well organized and affordable.
I have always liked the variety and consistency of the exercise classes provided at my local YMCA. It is good to connect with others during this time frame.
I only use the exercise room - no classes or activities, but very appreciative of the cleanliness and family environment. The front desk staff is so welcoming and very kind as you enter this Y.
I like the Wellness room but less treadmills more elipticals
Would like to see a stretch class offered at Monty Ballard.
The instructors are exceptionally helpful and talented coaches.
Great Group Exercise classes. Instructors are fabulous. Also enjoy the post covid virtual group exercise classes. Nice having a virtual class option during the day when not many people attend.
Senior classes , would like classes for support or nutrition weight control, some form of social activities for seniors

Very friendly environment. All the instruments are clean frequently by Y mates and very healthy and higenic place to do our workouts with any fear about Covid-19. Thanks Y mates

Love the water aerobics classes. Wish more were offered throughout the day.
I like the instructors and the people that work the front are always so nice.
Ever since the Y at Cinco Ranch built its indoor and outdoor pools, about 10 years ago, I am your no. 1 fan. My wife and young adult children use the machines in the gym area and they too love the fact you keep updating the equipment. In general the staff is very friendly.
There are some things that could improve as well: 1. The pool area would be greatly enhanced by the addition of a sauna, doesn't even need to be a big one. 2. Please return to your normal closing hour of 10pm gym / 9pm pool as soon as it is financially feasible. 3. Your summer pool staff could do with a reminder that the pool closes at 8pm now, not the Covid temporary 7:45pm.

Love the classes! The other members are so friendly, welcoming, and not judgmental. I workout with a supportive group of strangers. The classes are perfect and the instructors are amazing!

they're not super competitive and they're a great place to try something out for the first time.
exercise classes are what you make of them. The instructors encourage but never demean.
Love the Homeschool PE program mostly, but I also love the aerobics classes that I can attend during the time my children are enjoying their pe class
i don't like surveys
Love the programs you have, they are for all levels of fitness. The instructors are great and willing to help. Would love to see more Body Flow classes with JD maybe twice a week. Overall great place to workout with family as there is something for everyone.

The group exercise offerings are great. However, It would be helpful to switch up the class schedule a bit more for different classes at times of the day - for example I can only come to class after 5pm and there are only a few options to choose from everyday
The exercise routines and respective instructors are right on.

Need more Les Mils in person classes. Body Jam and Sh'Bam in particular. Hopefully during the day time hours and not only in the evening.
The app to reserve is so convenient. The ability to also cancel is so easy. The options you offer for all physical types.
